How this all started from simply just wanting to make a single metal pole look... well, better, still rattles my head.
"We live by faith, not by sight" 2 Corinthians 5:7
I truly seek that way of living daily even when I had $0 dollars to my name and a wife who at the time was look to me for understanding. The journey has had its highs and lows... lot of them, but I kept my vision clearer than my sight daily and walked in it.
We here of the stories those few individules who have accomplished great goals, and I believe many of us who here those stories have our own lies or excuses we tell ourselves, the one I told myself in my head was, "that will be my story one day". ONE DAY is something I said to myself everyday until I realized at 23, the only thing standing between me and that day, was me. So I stop saying one day and started saying today will be apart of my testimony.
2023: First and only job that year was in September. We hit many road blocks do to no expierance, 24 hour none stop shifts, and deadline pressure for their grand opening. Profit was $0. Oof... that hurt, but wow did I learn a lot. To this day, still the biggest single wall I have ever done... yeah, although it's far from my best work, don't worry everything worked out, as I did it for a family friend so they knew I had no prior experiance in doing anything like this, just a very very strong vision.
2024: Now that I had a proof of concept I went to work, made a company out of it (Baxter Boulders), learned the language of business, tried to edjucate anyone and everyone on what I'm doing (that was a difficult), wore all the hates and practices as much as I could while doing a few of side hustles with my wife to keep food on the table. September, one year after my first job, I got my first profiting job and my wife and I are on top of the world. That was beautiful fruit to receive after a lengthy year. this was also the year I got the vision for our cast crystals.

We're just getting started.
2025: We had a slower start to the year but finished strong! Got to roll out our first mirror collection as well as 24 projects finished that year. But even with such an epic year, my vision was/is so much more.

2026: After investing a tone of time and money, we were able to "Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it" Habakkuk 2:2. Which brings us here, the vision moving forward is the full vision working together. Reshaping the perspective on what a biophilic modern space looks like. How it looks, flows and feels. The enviorment we continuously place our selves in can have a huge impact on how we opporate and functions daily.
I want everyone to wakeup and go to work full of joy, and be encouraged to be there best (not that the enviorment can truly do that, that is only truly found in the over flow from which who I receive from) but it definitly is fun and exciting to be around it!
